Toby Bozzuto, President of the Bozzuto Group based out of Greenbelt, Maryland joins Cornell’s Baker Program in Real Estate for its final Distinguished Speaker Series of the Spring semester on April 30th. As President of The Bozzuto Group, Toby Bozzuto is responsible for the overall day-to-day direction of the company, its six divisions and its more than 1,700 employees.
Previously, Mr. Bozzuto was President of the Bozzuto Development Company, where he oversaw development activities for the company’s apartment development operations. Since taking-over the President’s role from his father Tom Bozzuto in April, 2013 Mr. Bozzuto has been busy keeping the ball rolling, taking the new role in stride: “I feel a massive responsibility to help make our company the very best place to work and to provide our employees with endless opportunities. I also feel an incredible weight to carry on the legacy and integrity that my father and his partners have built over the past 25 years.” (Baltimore Sun)
