The Cornell Baker Program in Real Estate is proud to welcome 1994 Cornell Graduate John Kinzelberg to campus. With over two decades worth of experience within Real Estate and Private Equity, Kinzelberg will provide sharp advice on navigating the ever-changing spectrum of the industry.
In 2012, Kinzelberg co-founded Highgate Capital Group in Chicago, Illinois where the company focuses on the acquisition and asset management of multi-family properties across the United States in high growth markets. The firm currently has 1,200 units with an aggregate cost over $71 million.
