Baker Program in Real Estate Alumni Panel

Join our alumni to learn more about their experience in the Cornell Baker Program in Real Estate. The session will include a comprehensive Q&A with alumni representing different backgrounds and professional experiences.

We will be joined by Baker alumni Jonathan Plundo MBA/MPS-RE ’17 and Ines Andrade MPS-RE ’22.

After serving in the U.S. Army for five years, Plundo completed a dual MBA/MPS-RE at Cornell. Plundo is a Founding Partner at Black Star Real Estate.  Black Star Real Estate is a vertically integrated real estate investment and development platform focused on acquisition, management, and re-development of urban infill multifamily properties in El Paso, TX.

Andrade is an Investment Associate at PGIM Real Estate. As a recent graduate of the Baker program, Andrade served as Co-President of the Associate Real Estate Council (AREC) and as Vice President of Communications for the Association of Cornell Women in Real Estate (ACWIRE). Andrade was also an ARGUS Case Competition Finalist and a member of the UT Austin Real Estate Challenge.
