The offices of admissions and career strategy are hosting an information session at 9am EST on Wednesday, February 12. Our Career Strategy team has over 40 years of combined experience coaching, networking, and preparing students for after graduation. Their personalized blueprint for each student weaved with the strength of the Cornell network creates exceptional opportunities and outcomes.
Learn more about the Baker Program in Real Estate from current students. Emile Schachter (2nd year Baker student) and Alyssa Gallina (1st year) will join an admissions representative to share their experiences from their most recent treks to Shanghai and Miami.
Chris Roller, Co-President, and David Galstyan, VP of Events, will join Admissions to discuss the Associate Real Estate Council (AREC). Comprised of Baker, MBA, Engineering, MMH, MRP, and Law students, AREC is the official graduate student real estate club at Cornell. The group meets weekly to discuss current events and to provide supplementary education and networking opportunities - such as treks, ARGUS and Revit seminars, etc. Topics for discussion include:
- Future events and planning for the upcoming Fall semester
- The role of AREC in the greater Cornell Real Estate Council
- Summer networking and career guidance
