The ideal candidate is independent, highly motivated with expertise in working to develop new business as part of a team. Candidates will have received their MBA or undergraduate degree and have demonstrated abilities in sales/marketing or excellence in sports or team-oriented activities. They must exhibit confidence in their own abilities so when combined with the proper training they can succeed.
Sales professionals interact at all levels of the firm and work with senior brokers in a mentorship capacity to fast track the learning curve. A highly-skilled support staff of professional analysts and assistants is provided, along with training by the industry’s most experienced brokers.
